Ynghylch Little Italia Bakery
The Little Italia Bakery Cafe will provide the residents of Brynmawr and surroundings with fresh baked artisan breads, cakes and pastries. My bakery will specialise in Italian breads and savoury snacks like- Focaccia, Calzone, Panzerotti and Pizza, but also in sweet pastries like-Cannoli, Sfogliatella, Bomboloni and Baba al Rum. My mission is to create unique baked goods of uncompromising quality at an affordable price, where they can be taken away or be consumed in a friendly environment with fresh grounded cup of coffee.
