We have experience of working on scheduler rates. We currently have 15 vehicles working in South Wales and the surrounding area. All vehicles are tracked and have own van stock dependent on works to be carried out. All operatives understand the KPI targets we need to achieve to maintain our excellent service. i.e first time fix, arranging and booking in of appointments, quality of work and customer satisfaction.
